漬物で健康を採り入れよう！ ６月７日
おはようございます。さぁ今日は「カボチャ浅漬け」が入荷予定です！
パリパリとした食感が魅力の生食用カボチャを浅漬けにした商品。
今時は八百屋さんでも旬野菜として生食用カボチャが売られていますが、そのままサラダにしても良し、漬物にしても良し。
実は私もカボチャの塩漬け、醤油漬け、甘酢漬け、ぬか漬けの４種類に挑戦してみました！どれも２日ほどで漬かるようですが、一般的な浅漬け用の漬け液ではイマイチ。カボチャの旨味を引き出すにはちょっとしたコツが必要なのかも知れないと思いました。
という訳で、挑戦したい方は是非！そして、買った方が早いし美味しいと思う方はご来店お待ちしてます！
ところで、少し前にお知らせしましたが今年からいつもの「ぺそら漬け」が入荷しません。メーカーさんが製造をやめてしまったからなのですが、一応その代替品はいつでも発注可能な状態ではあります。今回のカボチャもそうですが去年よりもかなり値段が上がってしまっているので、こちらの売れ行き次第でゴーヤを検討し、ぺそらへと進んでいこうと予定しています。
そんな具合ですので、是非！カボチャの浅漬けを宜しくお願い致します。
